Right at the start of an order picking operation, our solutions for automatic depalletisation can implement the feeding of products and thus ensure a high level of handling performance in the overall system.

The last stage in the process chain, before the dispatch of the pallets to the recipient, can also be designed to be more efficient, with greater performance and greater reliability. The automatic palletisation of store/outgoing goods pallets or roller containers as well as the integrated load securing equipment using stretch winders or horizontal strapping machines is combined into one module via the SSI SCHAEFER solution.

This means that we can offer consistent automation in order picking that ensures the high handling capacities and utilises the performance of connected systems in full. Ergonomically challenging and processes that involve heavy physical work are also avoided.

Robot systems from SSI SCHAEFER can also be used at temperatures down to -30°C if required.
