VOLLMAR Creationen in Wachs GmbH produces a large variety of candles in a 3-shift operation.
With an annual production of 1 billion tea light candles, Vollmar is one of the world´s largest manufacturers.
Objectiv of the new finished goods warehouse is to:
concentrate the entire storage and order-picking operation and subsequent delivery in Rheinbach in order to be able to react more flexibly to customer and market requirements.
The fully automated channel storage system ensures continuous production and improved quality, the highest service lecel, and provides approximately 17,300 pallet storage spaces.
