Background processes run on servers and work dialogues on clients at their
workstations. Dialogue control at user interfaces is adjusted to the problems of the relevant operations. The user interface is predominantly controlled by a keyboard. For the support of complex operations, special input devices such as pick-by-light systems can be integrated.
Sophisticated tools are available for configuration and monitoring. Here, logging and tracing functions render the operating status of the system transparent and comprehensible to the operator. Based on the degree of utilisation of the system, the system additionally offers manual load balancing. Special remote access is provided for maintenance and service.
