The live roller conveyor is used for conveying transport units in areas where there is no risk of accumulation. In this case the conveyor flow is continuous.

In case of a jam the conveyor is disconnected.

Thanks to the standardised modular design of the SSI Schaefer conveying systems, live roller conveyors may be retrofitted to accumulate roller conveyors easily and at a low cost.
